Scott Strommer, DDS

Dr Scott completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1991.

Dr. Strommer is a Clinical Instructor at the Kois Center in Seattle and CEREC owner since 2002. He is unique because he has taken his Kois training of a systematic, predictable approach to risk assessment, and has integrated that with the CEREC technology. His extensive training in implant dentistry from the Kois Center, Ickert Training Center, California Implant Institute and fellowship at UCLA has been enhanced by the use of his CEREC and Sirona CBCT Scanner. He has mastered how to integrate the two technologies and treat his implant patients seamlessly from surgery to restoration.

His love of teaching and passion for dentistry combined with his knowledge of the CEREC technology is why he is currently the top requested CEREC trainer in San Diego. He also volunteers his time and is involved with the UCSD Student-Run Free dental clinics.

Dr. Scott and his wife Dr. Leslie launched a non-profit organization called Dentistry for Humanity. This organization is committed to inspiring CEREC dentists to utilize their technology to improve access to dental care to those in need within our community through service and contribution. They have created a project with their local San Diego CEREC study club that raised over $60,000 and helped to build a dental clinic for Veterans here in San Diego!
